The website presents equipment, applications and demonstrations. It is not an online shop. There is no checkout, online payment, online order or confirmed booking or purchase through this website.

Book a Demo sends your enquiry directly to AquaZero by email. If sending fails, you can contact AquaZero directly or use the email-draft fallback in your email application. An enquiry does not reserve a date, create a sale or commit either party to a demonstration. Availability, suitability and any agreement must be confirmed separately with AquaZero.

Product information and visual presentations

Descriptions, options, flow rates and visual presentations explain the range. Images, films, 3D models and simulations are illustrative; they are not live measurements or guarantees of a result at your site. The illustrated 000 water-quality reading is not a reading of your water supply.

Results depend on the configuration, water supply, glass, access, maintenance and operating conditions. Confirm relevant dimensions, connections, compatibility and instructions with us before selecting or using equipment. Follow applicable product instructions and site-safety requirements.

We aim to keep information accurate, but specifications and availability can change. Contact us to confirm information relevant to a decision. These terms do not replace a separate quotation, product warranty or agreement.

Responsible use

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or misuse its enquiry functions. Provide accurate information and only share information you are entitled to provide.

Content and third-party services

AquaZero branding and website content are protected by intellectual-property rights held by the operator or relevant rights holders. Viewing the website does not transfer those rights or grant permission to reuse its branding, films, photographs or models beyond what the law permits. Third-party software, fonts and media remain subject to applicable licences.

External links, email applications and the hosting platform may have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not make their services part of an AquaZero booking or purchase.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or absence of every error. Contact us if information is unclear or a feature is unavailable.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer protections. Any purchase or demonstration arrangement is governed by separately agreed terms and applicable law. No payment, delivery, cancellation or refund conditions are created by this website.
